14/03/  · hey guys, whats the general consensus of running B18C cams in a head which has B16A Valve Springs etc? is there going to be an issue? Is it an issue to swap to second hand Valve Springs as valve springs aren't scheduled for replacement in motors unless that aren't the right length - if they are within the correct parameters - can they be used still?
